Today I’m offering a piece of advice. It’s an important one that can be so easily overlooked. After someone has died it is important to take time to be kind to yourself.

Sounds straightforward and easy doesn’t it? But when faced with lots of decisions to be made, forms to be filled in, appointments to be kept and a list of people to contact, this is something that can get overlooked.
